The Buick LaCrosse has long been a sophisticated sedan with a sporty touch. Now, the 2019 Buick LaCrosse lineup gets even more exciting with the addition of a Sport Touring (ST) model. This model will come with unique content and its own styling cues.
For starters, the ST model has a monotone color theme with body-color side vents and a grille surround. Other exterior elements include 19-inch midnight silver wheels, a black mesh grille, a rear spoiler, and ST badges.
Powering the ST will be a standard 3.6-liter V6 rated at 310 horsepower. It comes paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Buyers will be able to choose from a variety of exterior color options including Red Quartz Tintcoat, Quicksilver Metallic, White Frost Tricoat, Ebony Twilight Metallic, and Satin Steel Metallic.
“The LaCrosse ST emphasizes the importance of design, while also complementing the safety, refinement, and technology of our flagship sedan,” said Phil Brook, vice president of Buick and GMC Marketing. “The LaCrosse exemplifies what we mean by attainable luxury, offering Buick’s signature QuietTuning, spirited and efficient performance, and the latest in-car connectivity all at a tremendous value to customers.”
The rest of the LaCrosse lineup will also come with a few changes including new exterior color choices and a new air ionizer that will come as standard on the Avenir model.
