With all the talk about GMC sharing every model with Chevy, there, of course, needed to come a time to put the talk to rest. And that time might just be right now.
News about GMC producing its own unique model (totally separate from Chevy) has been around for a few years and finally there is some truth to the matter. And we at Freehold Buick GMC couldn’t be more excited.
There’s skepticism that the model most likely to go into production will be based on the 2010 GMC Granite concept. However, reports from Automotive News say that GM has shut down the idea of adding the Granite to its GMC lineup.
Another model that is in talks is the GMC All Terrain concept. This super truck would be prime competition to others in the market and could really make a bold statement for GMC.
Talk is just talk for now, but either way we’re still on our heels merely waiting for the formal announcement to be made.
Exciting stuff, right? Tell us what model you think GMC should come out with next in the comments below!
