Summer is almost here and you’re thinking about one thing: hitting the beach. But, the good ones are always so crowded. Luckily, we’ve put together a short list of the best uncrowded beaches on the East Coast for you.
Bethany Beach, Delaware
This uncrowded beach in Delaware isn’t the only wonderful thing the area. It also happens to be a fun and quaint beach town with fantastic restaurants and cafes.
Rent a beach house and enjoy this uncrowded and beautiful beach. You also get the benefits of nearby Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park.
Block Island Beach, Rhode Island
You can only get there by ferry so that already helps the Block Island Beach maintain a certain level of seclusion. But as USA Today suggests, the further you go from the ferry landing the more secluded it becomes.
Long Beach Island, New Jersey
The white sand beach at Long Beach Island is 18 miles long. This makes it very easy to find some space just for yourself and your family.
