Buick August sales were up 4 percent retail and 8 percent total, marking the brand’s best month in 2014 and showing superior pace compared to average growth in the industry.
The strongest performances came from the Regal and Encore. The redesigned Regal sedan was one of the most popular last month at Freehold Buick GMC and around the nation, with sales rising 35 percent compared to last August for its 11th back-to-back month of year-over-year sales increases.
The Buick Encore stood out as one of the best luxury crossovers the market has to offer, thanks to its no-compromise combination of style, quality, craftsmanship, utility, safety, and technology. It posted its second-best month in both retail and total sales in 2014 with an 11 percent increase compared to August of last year.
