Halloween is upon us, and we have some local Halloween activities for ghosts and ghouls of all ages!
Friday, October 25, 2013
7 p.m. – For something a little different, stop by First United Methodist Church at 91 W. Main St. to watch the 1922 classic vampire film Noseratu, accompanied by theater organist Brittany Montoro. Cost is $5 for adults. Children 10 and under are free.

9 a.m. – Stock by the Freehold First Aid Auxiliary for a Halloween Pancake Breakfast that features a toppings bar, games, and crafts. Wear your costumer! Cost is $10 per adult, $7 for kids between 3 – 12, and free for kids 2 and under.
6:30 – 8:30 p.m. – Bring your creative carved pumpkin and a candle to the Hall of Records for the chance to win some awesome prizes from the Halloween Spooktacular Jack-O-Lantern Contest. You’ll also be treated to live entertainment.
9:30 p.m. – Woody’s Roadside Tavern is celebrating Halloween with a party featuring a live performance by Timepiece. Cash prizes will given away to those with the best costumes.

12 p.m. – Participate in the Halloween Spooktacular Parade and Costume Contest at the Freehold Raceway parking lot. Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories. Judging begins at noon, and the parade steps off at 1 p.m.

5 p.m. – The Learning Experience Child Development Center (TLE) is holding Trunk or Treat, an Open House, and Halloween Parade that is free and open to all. The parade starts at 5:15 p.m. by T.G.I.Fridays.

10 a.m. – Noon and 3 -5 p.m. – Bring you little ghosts and ghouls to the Freehold Raceway Mall for Trick or Treat.
